In this study, it was aimed to determine the influence of perception of strategic leadership on employee performance in accommodation establishments. For this purpose, 241 employees were reached through the questionnaire in accommodation establishments in Hatay province. According to descriptive statistics on strategic leadership dimensions, the most perceived strategic leadership dimension was determined the transformational leadership and the lowest perceived strategic leadership dimension was determined managerial leadership of the employees' who were involved survey. As a result of the correlation analysis to determine the relationship between strategic leadership dimensions and employee performance, it was found that there is a moderately significant positive relationship between ethical and relational leadership and employee performance and positive weakly significant relationship between political, managerial, transformative leadership and employee performance. According to the results of a regression analysis, employee performance variability can be explained by the dimensions of strategic leadership; managerial leadership, ethical leadership, political leadership, transformational leadership and relational leadership.
