With regard to mainstreaming education, teachers should be able to identify individuals who are in need of special education, the principles of inclusion in the practice of mainstreaming, it should know and use the mainstreaming tools, methods and techniques to be used in the education of the individual. The main objective of this research, conducted using the screening model, is to determine the opinions of primary school teachers on their competence in mainstreaming education. The research was carried out with the primary school teachers who worked in the province of Gölköy in the province of Ordu in the academic year of 2017-2018. According to the results obtained, the level of proficiency of the primary school teachers participating in the research in relation to the mainstreaming of the research: Gender, age, professional experience, type of school graduated, level of the classroom being taught, classroom attendance, mainstreaming education (course, seminar etc) Differences according to the condition were analyzed using SPSS program t-test and one-way analysis of variance ANOVA. As a result of the research, it was found out that the level of proficiency of the primary school teachers in the mainstreaming education is good; it was found that there was a meaningful difference according to the age factor while there was no meaningful difference according to gender, professional experience, type of school graduated, class level being taught, classroom attendance, integration education (course, seminar etc.) and having the mainstreaming student.
