In this study we aimed to determine and examine the leadership style of the coaches in the framework of athletic perceptions in different branches Research; In 2017 Diyarbakır provincecenter, 107 athletes from different branches participated as volunteers in youth services and sports provincial directorates. Personal Information Form (gender, age, educationlevel, sportsyear, sportsbranch) wasestablished in Diyarbakır provincecenterparticipating in thesurvey in order to obtain information about the athletes in different branches operating in youth services and sports provincial directorates. The"Sporda LeadershipScale",developedby ChelladuraiandSaleh (1980) andadaptedtoTurkishby Toros and Tiryaki (2006), was used to determine the leadership styles of the coaches. The data obtained were evaluated with SSPS statistical package program and the level of significance was taken as p <0.05. As a result of the research; No statistically significant differences were found when participants were compared according to their gender, age, education level, sport year variables, and coach scores in terms of Leadership Level Scores averages. But; it is observed that there are differences in terms of sports branch variables.
