Data collection tool consists of 3 parts. In the first part, demographic questions, in the second part, recreational tendency questions and in the third part, ‘Leissure Constraints Scale’ questions are asked. ‘Leissure Constraints Scale’ is developed by Alexandris ve Carroll (1997) and it is 6 subdimensions and 27 articles. In order to use it in Turkey, validity and reliability studies have been done by Gürbüz and Karaküçük (2007). Cronbach Alpha value is found ‘.91’ according to the findings from the scale. Statistical calculation is done by SPSS (version 24,0) statistical programme. The foreigners who participate in this research are 109 (%31,6) male and 236 (%68,4) female and there are totally As a result, the statistical analyses show that the higher income level cause the increase of participating leissure time activities. The lack of facilities is not a leissure constraint for the foreigners who live in the city. For the foreigners who live in a village/town, interpersonal interactions are not one of the leissure constraints. },author={T.
