Political public relations is one of the activities that ensure sustainable communication between voters and political parties and political actors. Such studies are carried out to convince voters and, in the final analysis, to make a political choice for their expectations. Political public relations activities carried out within the framework of this aim are not only the activities carried out during the election periods, but also the activities that should be carried out continuously and in a planned manner. In this study, public relations studies of political parties are examined within the framework of the process outside the election periods and they analyze the evaluations of the voters. In this study, field research method was applied and in this context, survey technique was used as data collection tool. In the study, which was applied on the basis of simple random sampling, a sample group of 1127 people was reached. According to the findings of the study, it was observed that the participants had low level of knowledge about the activities of political parties, deputies and mayors. Limited voter visits by political parties outside the election periods, and that the most accessible political actor in local politics was the political party provincial chairmen, and the new communication technologies had limited use in the context of political public relations is determined.
