One of the factors determining perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors of people is emotions. Emotions rise in social relations at the process of interaction with other people. At the present time, these social relations take place most intensely in work places. However, it seems that jealousy, one of the most basic and influential emotions, is neglected in organization theory. In this study, the literature on workplace jealousy and organizational perceptions relationships have been reviewed and it is aimed to determine missing points in order to give an idea to future studies. As a result of literature review, it reveals that workplace jealousy not enough investigated in international studies. Besides, studies examining workplace jealousy in Turkey very rare.
