Digital technology influences and shapes almost all aspects of life along with fields such as science, art, culture and economy. By responding to new ways of expression and searching for new forms, digital technologies have gone beyond being a tool and have become a culture. Through the window opened by digitalization, students can take advantage of opportunities such as being able to exist in many different places at the same time, accessing the information they want immediately and transferring the information they have reached to many people, copying, reproducing, storing images and making changes on the images. Therefore, fast, easy and inexpensive access to the digital world has created new opportunities within the education system. One of these opportunities is related to the diversification of traditional tools and equipment used in visual arts education. Processing of visual arts education through digital, mobile applications is considered as a result of this diversity. In this study conducted with qualitative research method, secondary school students' perspectives on designing using mobile design applications have been examined.
