EVALUATION OF THE SATISFACTION LEVEL OF EGO MOBILE APPLICATION IN ŞEHİRÇİ MASS TRANSPORTATION IN ANKARA


Bus Lines Information System (EGO at CEP) application is a project carried out for the first time in Ankara, Turkey. Smart Number and the use of mobile applications to increase with each passing day the number of phones that use is increasing. by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality General Directorate of EGO, in Ankara on Smart Phone (Android and iPhone in the system) and tablets (iPad, etc.) carried out a mobile application that will be used. Application; In the mobile environment, which makes it easy to reach all information about EGO Bus Lines may be needed. The aim of this study was to investigate whether urban living in Ankara in Ankara EGO CEP applications using the public transport services in the local community are satisfied. The study covered 101 people living in Yenimahalle district in Ankara with the survey was conducted. EGO various analyzes and evaluations SPSS is made to measure the satisfaction level of the CEP. The study consists of four chapters. The first section consists of the introduction. In the second section, the definition of problems, aims and hypotheses, methods, scope and definition of the literature and consists of a sample of the study. SPSS survey results and analysis made in the third section and has been mentioned in the review. In the fourth section is given the conclusions and recommendations.
