Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to demonstrate the impact of the "Value-Oriented Spiritual Empowerment Program" on Teachers coping with burnout. In the study; An experimental pattern with experimental and control group, pre-test and final test Measurement was used. A total of 70 teachers participated in the study, including 35 in the experiment and 35 in the control group, in different branches and seniority. Eleven sessions, "Value-Oriented Spiritual Empowerment and Maintenance Program" was applied to the experimental group. In this process, no action was taken to the control group. The experiment and control group was applied to the Coping Strategies scale before and after the application. According to the research findings, the level of coping of the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group. At the same time, the level of coping after the application of the experimental group has increased significantly compared to before the application. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that the Value-Oriented Spiritual Empowerment Program was effective in dealing with burnout for teachers.
